Discussions to understand the vision for the client both short term and going forward , advice on locations specific to the brief, finances, end user or sale exit, options and a clear plan to define the search
Source Opportunities and Report
Find opportunities relevant to the brief and provide a report on the costs and potential, this can if required look at layout options and planning constraints, building condition reports and RICS build costs
Negotiate and Secure site
We will secure or assist in securing the site at the right cost for all parties, if required liaise with brokers, lawyers, surveyors and agents or complete the whole process
Post Completion
Assist in completing the project whether to sale or rent. Design, Planning, Building, Refurbishment and marketing
